Lou Guercia
Lou is a strategic, operating executive and entrepreneur. He has 25 years of experience launching and helping VC and PE based companies create industry leading positions that have resulted in 4 successful exits. Formerly Lou was President and COO of Magnitude Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Information Management software solutions. He joined Magnitude Software from Scribe Software, where he served as CEO and a board member. During his tenure the Scribe team doubled revenue and successfully launched Scribe Online, a cloud-based integration platform (iPaaS).
Previously, Lou was Director, Operations and Strategy within IBM Software Group. Lou joined IBM through the acquisition of WebDialogs in 2007. The WebDialogs service became the first multi-tenant SaaS offering for IBM. As CEO, Lou was responsible for the strategy and growth of its online meeting solutions to service providers, equipment providers and ISVs.
Semyon Dukach
Semyon is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, board member, philanthropist and angel investor with a passion for building great companies. He is also the Founding Partner of One Way Ventures, a venture capital fund that backs immigrant entrepreneurs. Semyon also served as a Managing Director of TechStars, Boston -- this is where he had his first encounter with Cangrade. He enjoys flying helicopters, windsurfing, biking and spending time with his family. He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and his Masters degree from MIT, where he was known in the early nineties for creating the SNPP Internet payment protocol, as well as for managing one of the notorious MIT Blackjack Teams.
Michael Burtov
Mike founded and spearheaded Cangrade for our first 2.5 years. He raised our initial venture funding, developed key strategic relationships and brought in our first six-figure revenues. Mike is an accomplished serial entrepreneur, with over 15 years experience in starting-up companies and implementing dozens of high-profile projects with organizations including UBS Investment Bank, the William J. Clinton Foundation and the United Nations Development Programme. Mike and his work have been featured in Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Huffington Post, Fox Business and many other publications. He served over 2 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer and is a published organizational development author with international distribution.
